Denatec Ltd were recently asked by a leading heater/chiller manufacturer Julabo GmbH to provide a solution for externally chilling a large piece of customers equipment down to 4deg C.
With the power of their Presto W55 Process System, the addition of some bespoke high efficiency heat exchangers designed by the Denatec Ltd team and some Contraflex insulation jackets supplied by one of Denatec’s customers, Advanced Insulation, this temperature control system has been fully installed ready for testing to begin in the New Year.
Temperature measurement of the high pressure test media was carried out via a fully moulded PT100 housed within a bespoke high pressure stainless steel thermowell that integrated directly with the customer’s equipment with little modification required.
